Each spring, we host a Kindergarten Orientation at the end of May or early June for families joining us in the upcoming school year. During this event, incoming students participate in classroom centres led by the Kindergarten teacher, designed to support early literacy, social development, and learning through play—key foundations for lifelong learning. At the same time, parents are invited to a meet-and-greet with the Principal and the Chair of the Parent Support Group, where they can learn more about the school’s programs, explore ways to get involved, and begin building relationships within our supportive Catholic school community. Grounded in our faith, this orientation experience helps children and families feel welcomed, valued, and prepared for their journey at Notre Dame.
